At VSPkid, we are committed to delivering high-quality children’s learning experiences. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully, as it applies to the enrollment of our courses and programs.
All enrollments are confirmed only after successful fee payment. Due to the nature of educational services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below. Once a course has commenced, refunds are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We will consider a refund request only under the following circumstances:
If a child cannot attend a scheduled class, parents/guardians may request rescheduling (subject to availability). Missed classes without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
